GITI under the Directorate of Technical Education, UT, Chandigarh. Training manpower in areas of mechanical, electrical, electronics and automobile engineering for meeting the requirements of the local industry. Training is also imparted in non-engineering areas of Stenography and sewing. The Institute has over the years developed into one of the best ITIs of the region with excellent training being imparted in electronics/Electrical/ mechanical areas.
